Rooms
HPA has secured a great rate of $187 single/double for attendees. This rate is available through January 29, 2013 or until the HPA block sells out. After this date, it is at the hotel's discretion if the rate will be honored. HPA registrants will also receive complimentary Internet in rooms, waived self-parking fees or $3 valet fee if self parking is full, waived resort services fees and discounted golf rates at Indian Wells Golf Resort.

Weather
Temperatures at this time of year generally range from a high of 75 (24C) and a chilly low of 47 (8C) in the evenings. But we have been surprised in past years, with days being both colder and hotter than the average. See weather forecast here.
Dress
Casual or business casual dress is the norm. Layers are suggested for the sometimes chilly mornings and evenings.
