Online registration ends February 12, 2014 OR when the event is full. Please be advised that space is limited.
You may pay by credit card, check or a form of electronic payment in U.S. dollars only. If paying by check, your payment MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 3. As this event will sell out, we may not be able to hold a registration which is not paid for by the deadline. If there are circumstances which prevent you from doing this, please contact our office. Refund Policy for Tech Retreat Program and Tuesday seminars:
All refund requests must be made by email or faxed (213-614-0890) to the HPA office no later than February 12. Refunds will be issued within a month after requested. Refunds will carry a 10% deduction of the total fee paid to cover online banking and credit card fees which are assessed both at the time a charge is made and a refund is issued. A $35 administrative fee will be charged for registrations paid by check.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER February 12, 2014. However, you may transfer a registration to another individual.
