As this event will sell out, we may not be able to hold a registration which is not paid for in a reasonable amount of time. Refund Policy for Tech Retreat Program and Tuesday seminars:
All refund requests must be made by email or faxed (213-614-0890) to the HPA office no later than February 8. Refunds will be issued within a month after requested. Refunds will carry a 10% deduction of the total fee paid to cover online banking and credit card fees which are assessed both at the time a charge is made and a refund is issued. A $35 administrative fee will be charged for registrations paid by check.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER February 8, 2012. However, you may transfer a registration to another individual.
