You may pay by credit card, check or money order in U.S. dollars only. If paying by check or money order, please have your payment into the HPA office as soon as possible. As this event will sell out. we may not be able to hold a registration which is not paid for in a reasonable amount of time. If there are circumstances which prevent you from doing this, please contact our office. See registration form for complete payment information.
Refund Policy for Technology Retreat Program and 1/2-day seminars:
All refund requests must be made by email or faxed to the HPA office no later than January 19. Refunds will be issued within two weeks after requested. Refunds will carry a 10% deduction of the total fee paid to cover online banking and credit card fees which are assessed both at the time a charge is made and a refund is issued. A $35 administrative fee will be charged for registrations paid by check.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER January 19, 2007. However, you may transfer a registration to another individual.
