Key Code Media, the West Coast leader in editorial sales, storage systems and encoding solutions is hiring an outgoing application editor.

The perfect candidate is an technically savvy, outgoing personality who is looking to radically expand his or her profile into Hollywood.

Must be an expert with Avid editorial solutions and understand grading solutions. Demo editorial and finishing Solutions: including Avid Symphony/MediaComposer and DS, Assimilate Scratch, Autodesk Smoke and Flame, Digital Vision, CS5 and Final Cut Studio. Also will need to show other products within the Key Code Media product line once training and preparation are established.

â¢ R&D of new products, new product research and recommendations, strategic product group monthly meetings, KCM product branding and selection group.

â¢ Video, Audio and 3rd Party equipment inventory, maintenance, and equipment turn around for resale-this would include all office location and mobile demo systems.

â¢ Video and online projects

â¢ Logging all information in company CRM (customer relationship management program) Saleslogix. You will also have input on yearly staff reviews for the department. Yearly budget setup and year end review.

â¢ Marketing events this includes events on and off site. This would include managing event set up and breakdown, working with the marketing department for all event planning and logistics (may require travel for marketing events in San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, Orange County, Santa Monica and Las Vegas)

â¢ Pre sales consultation, work flow consultation, Client training, staff and client training, 1st time product integration

â¢ Onsite client training, new technology training for key KCM staff and sales team
