Jens Horstmann
Jens Horstmann serves as Vice President of Entertainment Technology of NCR Corp. Prior to accepting this position, he was DVDPlay's CTO, president and CEO since 2002. Mr. Horstmann is involved in several start-ups, serves on the board of Acceleware (TSX:AXE) and manages MXGO, an intellectual property management company. He has 25 years of executive, technology and engineering experience in the high tech industry and holds several patents. Prior to joining DVDPlay he was president and CEO of Open Grid, Inc. Previously, he founded Ensemble Solutions and lectured for UC Berkeley. His prior experience includes senior engineering, research and development positions at Sun Microsystems, Siemens, LSI Logic's Systems Research Laboratory, and X1 Corporation. He lives with his family in Silicon Valley and is an avid pilot and photographer. |
